PnP London recording studios use vintage analog consoles and microphones along with up to date digital recording technology. Why? Put simply, we believe you get the best of both worlds - a classic sound and a mix that will stand alongside today's productions. So, whether it's a warm organic acoustic vibe you're after, a larger than life hip hop production or an in your face slab of guitar rock, we have the sound to suit.

Our engineers

Our engineers have more than 10 years each of analog and digital recording and mixing behind them. The studio has a policy of only employing engineers who play an instrument and have sound programming skills - so if you do need help with your material let us know what you want and we'll assist any way we can. Finally, we ensure that each engineer specialises in recording different styles of music. So whether your vibe is guitar based, beats based or acoustic, there should be an engineer available who is experienced in recording your genre of music.

The way we work

We understand that for many artists, making recordings is the final icing on the cake and the product of many months work writing and rehearsing - we've been there too. Often the last thing you want to do is place your work in the hands of a stranger, so we make a pledge to our clients. By the time you walk into your session your engineer will have contacted you to find out exactly what your goals are, answer any questions you may have and talk you through the session troubleshooting any potential sticking points. On the day your engineer won't be a total stranger and you will know exactly what to expect leaving you free to focus on getting the best performances.
